Vending

A Vending Machine is a self service device that automatically dispenses on the insertion of currency, tokens, or similar means of predetermined units serving a food, either in bulk or in a package without having to replenish after each use.  Vending machines are required to have automatic shut-offs if the machine is not holding at proper temperature.  Vending machine companies follow the same date-marking guidelines as a Food Service Operation or Retail Food Establishment.
